“2020 VISION: Level-Up Your Success”
Young people around the world who live in Almaty gathered together to join us in our Life Talks event last 12 of January. Some came from Afghanistan, Mongolia, Turkey, Russia, India, Philippines and Ukraine.
This was a night of fun and learning as we talked about having clarity of our plans align to what we want to happen this year 2020. The talk was given by Doc Bu and it impacted many our attendees that they personally talked to him after his talk to purposely ask for more about this success in planning.
Life Talk is not a boring event that we always do twice a month. Of course we do some games and ice breakers, special numbers and and most specially small groups to really process what they’ve learned.
We also invite locals to speak so that our local (Kazakhs) attendees will feel that the event is really for them, though of course we are obviously mix races but we know these young internationals who are temporarily living in Kazakhstan will also make a difference in their country when they encounter Jesus here through one of the many events we are doing. I beseech you that you will include them in your prayers also.
Yermek is one of the translator we have every Sunday service and this time he became one of the speaker to talk about life. He used this time to share how God encountered him and changed him. Masha was translating for the sake of the internationals who are not speaking Russian.
Every one of them has a story to tell just like us.
