He Can Make You Sufficient for All

John 6:1-14

Is it a normal feeling that you always feel that you are insufficient and nothing best to offer to others?

If we will look at ourselves, the answer is always YES, even though it seems that you did everything already to please the people around you. However, there is truth in this passage that will make us glad and positive in our calling. First of all, bear in mind that you were not made to please anyone but only one and that is God who called you out from many to be His hands, feet, and mouthpiece.

When Jesus challenged the disciples to feed the people who had followed them, though in Himself He knew what He would do, the disciples looked at themselves and saw that they have nothing but only two small fish and five loaves which actually not theirs but from a young boy who probably one who follows them with his parents. But, anyway, the lad gave them freely to Jesus and a miracle happened. The insufficient tiny fish and a small amount of bread have fed the five thousand men, not counting the women and children and everyone was satisfied, in addition, there were twelve baskets of fragments collected.

The insufficiency that you see to yourself is real however, because you see also that there is a great harvest waiting, the only thing you can do is offer them to JESUS and let Him show His power to make these little things that you have offered be multiplied and be used to meet the spiritual needs of the people you are reaching out which is salvation. Offer to God your small talent, your small amount of money, your little service and everything that you think is not big enough to have a huge effect to the people who will see the power of God manifesting through you.

Who would ever think that out of thousands, there would be just a young kid who was willing to offer his small amount of food, which everyone thought was not good enough for all, and yet in the hands of GOD, it made a great difference. Do not say you are just a church cleaner, an assistant teacher in a Sunday school, a small tither, or anyone who does tiny things in His Kingdom. As long as you are offering them to GOD with a grateful heart, you are making a difference, and you will see it inside you, your heart is becoming humble and thus, keeping you longing for more of God, to be used by Him mightily. In the little things that you offer with faith in them, great things are going to happen and you will see them unfolding before you. So, be willing to offer your small amount of things to JESUS in faith and see the impossible things become possible for the glory of His name and for the salvation of many who will experience this miracle with you because you become willing to be used even in your small ways. Nothing is impossible in HIM.
